Upon booking, a 20% penitential deposit must be paid via bank transfer. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival via online payment. For direct bookings made through our booking engine, however, the full amount must be paid either at the time of confirmation or within 30 days of arrival, depending on the selected rate. Payments sent are non-refundable. The host reserves the right to agree and negotiate with the guest different provisions in relation to the nature of the agreement or to any needs that may arise.

The apartments will be delivered from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival (check-in) and must be released by 10:00 AM on the day of departure (check-out). However, if our guests need to leave after the scheduled check-out time, they must inform us in advance to agree, if possible, on any availability for luggage storage or other on-site assistance services.

Guests will need to provide an email address and a phone number to book. The instructions for remote access will be sent immediately after booking, once online check-in has been made, taking into account that the identification requirement, provided for by Italian law, will take place with a digital and immediate "de visu" verification in place of the physical presence of the host or a person in charge during the period of stay. The tourist TAX is due at a rate of 2 euros per person in the period from April to October each year for a maximum of 5 days, except for exemptions provided by current municipal provisions, which will be collected directly by the host via Vikey. In addition, always through the same platform, digital signature of the house rules with OTP verification will be required.

The actual number of occupants must be indicated at the time of booking, as it will not be possible to accommodate a different number of occupants than those planned and reported. Any change in the number of occupants will result in a change to the previously agreed rate.

In case of cancellation, the penitential deposit will not be returned. However, it can be recovered during the season by agreeing another period of your interest (subject to availability in the facility) and in any case within the current calendar year. If the cancellation is made from 30 days before and until the day of arrival, the guest will have to pay the entire amount agreed.

Upon arrival, the guest will be required to pay a deposit which varies according to the structure (100 euros). This deposit will be returned upon departure after deduction of any damage caused to the apartment and furnishings.

An initial supply of welcome kits and surface sanitizing detergents will be provided; no restocks will be made during your stay. It is forbidden to brush sand off your feet or leave trash in the common and surrounding areas.

Waste separation is mandatory in Cefalù. Guests must sort waste correctly following the guidelines. Food or recyclables in the residual waste are forbidden. Penalty for non-compliance: € 50.00.

Pets will not be allowed, except for assistance dogs for disabled guests. Smoking is not allowed. Parties/events are not permitted. The silence time slot is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

For any dispute that may arise the parties, by mutual agreement, undertake to bring the case before the Court of Palermo, according to the specific competences.
